CLAYMORE-DMT
With the exception of some of the more benign and very wealthy Arabian Gulf countries, no government in the world has workable policies to combat the ever increasing plight of homelessness.
An Australian federal government spent a staggering $6 Billion in an attempt to reduce homelessness - but even such an admirable attempt did nothing more than maintain the status quo, as the rate of house building and the increased number of affordable rent agreements could only manage to keep up with the increase in homelessness.
Most governments have now confined Homelessness to the Too Hard basket, and are increasingly farming it out to charities and other organisations. However, they too are failing to resolve the problem, and in some instances are even proposing increases in rent for the homeless, which will only serve to exacerbate the problem further.
The reason for these repeated failures is simple. All past and current attempts to resolve homelessness were and still are based on fundamental misunderstandings of the underlying problem. If you do not understand what the actual problem is, it is impossible to fix it.
CDMT's solution however is based on the actual problem, which has enabled CDMT to create the policies, and solutions, to completely eradicate homelessness. And to do so at a substantially lower cost than the numerous previous attempts by governments, charities, and other organisations.
C-DMT's policy solution to homelessness enables federal, state, and local governments to:
Eradicate homelessness, completely - and within 18-months of policy implementation
Provide On-Demand Housing for the suddenly homeless - and enable them to be housed within 24-hrs
Reduce their financial expenditure on Homelessness, down to less than 20% of their current budget
