CLAYMORE-DMT
Affordable Housing is the dream of all people, and all governments. But in Australia it has become a rapidly retreating dream.
In every Australian Federal Election from 2004, national newspapers reported that numerous polls showed an issue high on all voters wish lists was for the parties to address Affordable Housing - or rather the lack of it.
Likewise in literally all of Australia's State Elections, the issue of the lack of Affordable Housing has remained ignored - despite repeated independent polls emphasising this urgent need.
Even in the run up to the 2019 Federal Election, with both major parties running neck-and-neck in the opinion polls, and despite the continuing worsening of the Affordable Housing crisis in every state in Australia, and despite the worst waiting list in Australia for Public Housing, none of the parties have announced any tangible policies to address this crises let alone fix it.
This is not a criticism of any of the parties, as it is an enormous problem that has defied repeated attempts to address it, and there is no point including something in their policies if they do not have a solution for it.
But we do.
C-DMT's solution to Affordable Housing enables a political party to Guarantee that Every Australian will be able to afford to buy their own home - including those on Minimum Wage.
And by Guarantee we mean a fully demonstrable solution that enables the political party that has our solution to show the voting public exactly how much 'their' party's Affordable Housing policy solution will cost, exactly when it can commence, exactly how long each home will take to build, exactly how many homes can be built each year, exactly how long it will take for every Tasmanian or South Australian or any other Australian to own their own home, exactly how it will be paid for, exactly how many new jobs it will create, and exactly how much money all of that will pump into local, state, and federal economies.
C-DMT's solution to Affordable Housing guarantees winning Government in any election to the party that has it - and as we only engage with one party at a time, whichever party has our solution will be assured by the fact that no other party will have anything even remotely comparable to offer voters
